Volunteer Work Mexico - Puerto Vallarta

Volunteering in Mexico - Puerto Vallarta
Volunteer in Mexico in one of Mexico's most beautiful and most friendly holiday towns to volunteer in. You can even walk to some of Mexico's finest beaches from the volunteer house. Volunteering in Mexico in Puerto Vallarta is unique in providing volunteers with extremely worthwhile work in a stunning location. Helping the local staff by offering extra hands and eyes to supervise the 50 plus children, there is never a dull moment! (See Mexico reviews).
Voluntary work in Mexico
Volunteers are needed to help with this very busy orphanage up on the hill overlooking the town and its pretty bay. Voluntary work in Mexico can vary from bathing, dressing, supervising the children's play, taking the children to school and helping at mealtimes. You will never be without something to do. Volunteers usually help for approximately 5 hours a day on either morning, afternoon or late shifts over 5 days, no experience is needed and everyone gets two free days to explore and relax each week and with so many volunteers coming and going each week, mostly arriving on their own, there are plenty of opportunities amongst your fellow volunteers to make friends.
Special needs volunteer work in Mexico
Volunteering in Mexico offers two very different placements. Although most volunteers concentrate all their efforts at the orphanage, some volunteers get involved with the day centre one or more times a week during their free time - this can be arranged after arrival. Volunteers help with bathing, dressing, mealtimes, physiotherapy and providing one to one attention and stimulation (bring basic interactive, stimulating toys for young children/special needs children from home).
