Can’t Get Through?

If you have pressed option 1 and we are busy on calls (the phone will simply ring, there is no engaged tone) please stay on the line past the short silence and your call will jump to the next available advisor.

To keep programme costs as reasonable as possible for all our volunteers we do not maintain a large team of customer service staff to answer telephone enquiries which means we can get tied up on the telephone, especially between April and July from last minute travellers needing visa advice, placements which are being tailored for individuals and larger groups and parents.

We will return the call as soon as we are free and if we cannot reach you we will send a text.

If there is anything non-urgent we can help with by email, that would be great!

We have found over the years most non-urgent queries and quick questions can be dealt with by email.

Last minute flight arrival change when office closed?

Please contact your in-country hosts directly to alert them if you are delayed or miss your flight.
