Prices

Secure your place with a one-off deposit of £125 to register with Original Volunteers. Once registered you can access all the available placements for 12 months without paying a further fee or deposit to Original Volunteers.

The year starts when you arrive at your first project not when you register and for most projects (see table below) there is no further payment for your accommodation before arrival.

This is the easiest and most flexible way to volunteer.

The above prices include accommodation and a volunteer placement. The above prices do not include unless where stated in the individual project descriptions: flights, insurance, airport pick-up and transfers, meals and local transport to projects.

* These projects require an additional donation or local program set up fee. Ecuador requires £100 local set up fee (includes pick-up), India £65 (donation), Bolivia £50 (donation).

**The local payment of £100 in Thailand includes pick-up, overnight stay in Bangkok and organisation of teaching placements for stays of

4 to 12 weeks.

Most projects are payable locally in US Dollars or a local currency and as such are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates. The above prices are intended as a guide only based on exchange rates as of Summer 09. You will be provided with an invoice before travel with details of the currency required by your project and how and when to pay.
