Charitable Donation

We have received £100 for the Peru Children’s Orphanage (shown left) which has been kindly donated by Sarah Hatwell. Many thanks! We are more than sure it will be much appreciated!

Transition house

The home is open to girls from the Orphanage, ages 12 to 18. We hope this experience will better prepare them to enter either the workforce or the university.

Clothing Donation

A substantial amount of clothing has been donated to children in the Mexican Orphanages by KBA Clothing. Thank you.

Spring 08 the Transition House for the older children got a much needed makeover. Masters of this much needed makeover were two of our valued volunteers, Ted Elliston and Carl Bramley. They made repairs, painted the rooms and helped re-organize the house so it would be clean and easy for the girls to keep orderly when they moved back in. Tackling both the inside and outside of the house, Ted and Carl not only painted but wired and plumbed! Following a deterioration in Ted’s health Carl carried on doing most of the jobs completely by himself.
