Placement overview
Ideal for anyone who wants to get stuck in with children. This
placement offers you an opportunity to teach English to some of
the poorest children in the capital of Ecuador. This incredible city,
nestled high in the Andes is surrounded by lush subtropical
valleys, thermal springs and snow-

As its name indicates, Ecuador sits astride the equator. It’s relatively tiny
size belies its staggering geographical diversity-
snow-
landscape is complemented by the colourful textiles and traditional costume
still worn by rainforest Indians and highlanders alike.
Ecuador is compact and easy to get around. While not all roads are paved,
they are almost invariably scenic and interesting...
Climate: There are two main seasons, wet and dry. The rainy season in the
jungle lasts April-
