You are in Peru Project 3 -

Your experience
Volunteers help with homework, teach English, play games, sing songs, supervise activities. For our street kids projects, most of the children’s parents work in the street markets and domestic situations are precarious. Without this project being able to look after the children during the day combined with the extreme pressures on families living in poverty many of the children would be at best in orphanages or at worst living in the street.
For our orphanage placements volunteers could be involved with a variety of tasks
from educational activities, play and domestic chores to simply giving the children

Placement overview
You don’t get closer to making a difference than this, helping at street kids projects and orphanages high up in the spectacular Andes. You don’t need any experience or Spanish and just one week of your time could make such a difference for these children who just want a bit of reassurance that they are just the same as any other.
