How to make a Ring Toss throwing game

You will need:
cardboard box lid about 40cms square
scissors
pipe cleaners
coloured pencils/ crayons
dolly pegs

Instructions:

First use a dolly peg and mark in pencil nine pairs of slits on the cardboard box cover. These slits will be where the pegs will fit into the lid. (See dia A)

Mark random numbers next to each slit (up to nine).

Place each of the dolly pegs into the slits so they sit upright. (See Dia B)

Form the pipe cleaners into equal sized hoops about 5cm in diameter

How to play

Put the box lid on the ground about 1.5 m from where the players will be standing.

Each player has 3 hoops that they try to throw over a peg on the board.

Whichever peg the hoop falls over scores that number of points.
