Volunteers get involved in a variety of projects from conservation centres, animal habitat monitoring in the national parks, helping at animal welfare projects,  to helping on organic farms. There are a variety of projects each week in different locations from coastal towns to remote farms and villages high up in the Sierras. A local coordinator organises the weekly schedule for the volunteers based on local opportunities and everyone travels together.
